buying a laptop..shorlisted 2,both have same price, difference is..
1. 8 gb ram,WIN 10, HD
2. 4 gb ram,LINUX, FULL HD..
1 or 2?

#1 of course.

Linux is free anyway if you want to test-drive that later, Windows isn't, so it makes sense to get the one with Windows pre-installed.
4GB RAM - - not enough these days, so that's another good reason to get #1
