I'm not completely sure if this is even a virus or not, but there's an application on my PC named "Bywater.exe". I've tried to do research on it and there are no results. At first random ads/commercials would run in the background (I could only here audio) and sometimes a weird looking white screen with numbers would pop up. I ran some MWB and it fixed the random ads and white screen from popping up but Bywater.exe is still on my PC in the task manager. I've tried three different antiviruses and an adware program but nothing seems to get rid of it. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hmm, hard to do, take it to repair shop, they're gonna do it withn a day , backup your games, documents, and reinstall everything basic like drivers and etc.
Its easier this way and safer, I could you suggest factory reset which doesnt remove documents but I never used it since I went back to Win 7.

Oh do you have any system restore before installing that app?
Select the Start button, type control panel and then choose it from the list of results.
Search Control Panel for Recovery.
Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.
Choose the restore point related to the problematic app, driver, or update, and then select Next > Finish.

If you do have system restore do that before doing...

I've never heard of it so I can't guarantee its a malicious file but if you want to get rid of it you can try running your system in safe mode and delete the file from there.

Yeah, this is the recent malware in the news i think which runs in the background forcing adwares and also spying. It is actually a rootkit.
You can try malwarebytes Antimalware (https://www.malwarebytes.com/), i think it will detect it but dont know if it will fix it completely.

I tried that, it comes right back once I restart my PC

Fo you have 2 Hdds or patritions? If yes you can reinstall windows on patrition where it is.
Just backup documents and %appdata% and important pictures.
If not, HitmanPro (google it) download it and run it you have free trial of it.

ZHPcleaner didn't find it. I only have the free version of Dropbox so it's only like 5gb :(
