No volume through digital amp to speakers

I've just bought a Lepy LP - 2024A+ DIGITAL AMPLIFIER - everything is connected up to my PC that is the two to one lead, my speakers to the AMP, power is on, yet when I unplug my headphones from my stack instead of the volume going through my speakers there's silence. Is there a special kind of two to one lead that I need to get the amp working?

Plug the input cable from the amp to the same jack you plug your headphones into.
That amp could be connected with either a cable with 3.5mm stereo plugs at both ends or one that has 2 RCA plugs at the amp end. Not a special cable either way.
Try connecting your phone to the amp. I don't see a power indicator on the front panel so maybe the power supply isn't plugged into a working outlet. The power supply or the amp itself could be bad,

Thank you for replying. I'm very new at this kind of thing and I'm in the UK. So my set up is/could be different? I'm not sure what you mean by ' Plug the input cable from the amp to the same jack you plug your headphones into.' - I have an output jack at the back of my HP stack where I plug in the two to one lead. At the other end are the two R and L audio input connections. Power is on and when I plug my headphones into the amp they work but the wire connected Wharfedale speakers that are connected to the amp don't work and that is where the problem lays. With regards to connecting my phone to the amp that doesn't seem possible. In real terms, the amp itself is a very simple setup and should be working, after all, it's brand new - regards
