How to connect blue tooth head phones to tv and sound bar

I have samsung flat screen with vizio sound bar contact by hdmi-arc cord. How do I connect blue tooth headphones? do I connect

I would suggest you use the optical audio output of the TV instead of the HDMI-ARC. The optical can be split and connected to both the soundbar and a bluetooth transmitter.
The optical output may have to be turned on, the TV speakers turned off, and the audio output changed to get it working.
