Acer VX 15 Stuck while resetting Windows 10

My laptop was having weird issues after the June 12th Windows 10 update, so I decided to just reset it ( the reset one step removed from factory reset). I left it alone to shower and shave and come back to the piece of crap stuck in a loop. It boots and finishes the first loading screen, and goes to another that says "Acer", has the spinning dots, and says "Preparing". It stays here until a message pops up saying:

"The computer restarted unexpectedly our encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click 'Ok' to restart the computer, and then restart the installation."

Endlessly... The command line can come up, but systemreset just locks it up. The restart while loading trick didn't work, I don't know what to do, this is [censored] me off that Windows screwed up so royally. Please help!

Solution
Try either turning off your WiFi (not on the computer but the WiFi itself) or if you cannot access it, then take the laptop where there is no WiFi access and try restarting it (turn it off and back on) while there. If the problem is something Windows is trying to install after you did the reset, then it should allow it to completely load. Then you can take it back to / or turn back on, the WiFi.
