Can't connect to WiFi during the day

Hi there, I'm having trouble with my laptop and it's driving me crazy.
I have a Dell XPS15 9560, bought it approximately a year ago.

One week ago I turned on my laptop around 7pm like everyday and the WiFi didn't work properly. It was disconnecting like every 10 seconds, you can notice more when you actually try to do something on chrome. I realized that after 9/10 PM works almost fine, it disconnects but not like during the day, during the day is just impossible to use it.

I already try almost every solution that I found. Reinstalling the drivers, changing the power configuration, channels, troubleshooting with Windows and Dell support assist, looked for virus, changed the firewall configuration, turned off the router.
I just don't really know what else to do.

If you could help me I would really appreciate it.

Thank you!

Solution
if your mac wireless address is not on this list as permit one you would not be able o accces the net also check with your parents if they did not put some parental settings in the router that could limit your acces to net .

Is it just wifi? Does it occur on wired devices that are plugged into the router directly? Do you have an old router? If you are in a congested area and have an older router you might need to purchase a new one that can support the additional channels. The Google Wifi router is a great choice.

It's just with my laptop, I arrived to my parents house a month ago and I didn't have any problem till now. I'm the only one with this issue, my cellphone works perfectly fine too. Sorry I don't know how to answer you directly. Thank you

did you check in your parents router if the mac address of you laptop wi-fi is on the permit and if it is try to redo your wireless settings on the laptop and if you have a usb wireless pen drive i would try it also dos your wireless card in system have the latest driver for it .
