laptop is just 1 year old and i got problem with black screen as the cpu is fully working the problem solved but another problem raise as its solve ....the problem is laptop is only on with external power .if i plug off power supply laptop turn off and battery percentage is stuck on 29% .when i plug in its showing that battery is charging ...but if i plug off laptop off ....help me pls
