I was given a Toshiba Windows 7 Satellite c655D-s5200 laptop and when I power on. Its says in order :

InteL UNDI, PXE-2.0 (build 083)
Copyright 1997-2000 Intel Corporation
For Atheros PCIE Ethernet Controller v2.0.2.7 (11/02/10)
Check cable connection
PXE-MOF : Exiting Intel PXE ROM
No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key

My problem is I don't own a boot disk nor cant afford one also this laptop was a donation so idk who had it originally. Can you help me fix it so i can be able to upgrade to Windows 10?

Make sure the BIOS sees the HDD.

If the laptop has a Windows OEM key sticker with the key on it, you should be able to download Windows10 from the internet, create a bootable USB stick, and install Windows10 using the Windows7 key.
