Need some details about the issue, brand/models of everything, what they are connected to, did this work before, what happened before it stopped working if it did, and so on. With the info you provided it could be anything from a loose cable to the second speaker being inside a black hole.

the speakers are edifier and the model of it is M1360 connected, through 3.5 mm, yes the speakers worked before, i dont even know what happened one of the speakers just stopped working

Did you check the cables to make sure they are all in properly? Test with another computer or a phone or anything? Could be a wire issue, could be bad connection, bad speaker. No good way to find out where outside or removing anything possible to see what is left that may be an issue.
