Why my laptop works like a snail?

I switched my laptop from Dell to Lenevo. Specs
CPU : Intel i3 6006u
Graphic Card : Inegrated Intel HD graphic 520 and Nvidia 920M
RAM : 4 GB
But my Lenevo runs very slow. I tried formatting it few times still no effects.
My Dell laptop had i3 3rd gen and Intel HD graphics and 4 gb RAM
Did I upgraded my laptop or downgraded it bcoz the Dell one still runs than the new Lenevo
Any suggestions for my snail?

"U" is for light laptop.
What was the old i3 3rd?
sound like a downgrade

upgrade the ram, upgrade to ssd

Hi Aarav568,

The Intel i3 6006u has a 2GHz base frequency with no boost so yes, that's normal if it's not fast.

What can make a huge (and the biggest) difference is the HDD speed (5400 vs 7200 RPM), check that out.

No you did not upgrade. Solid state will make it run better, but really depends on exactly where the slowness is in the system. You pretty much bought the same system again if that.
