This is a long problem. So, what happened was that about 1 year ago my ACER ASPIRE 4752 crashed and then failed to windows. After 3 seconds into the windows loading screen, it will show a blue screen and restart. Since I was not working on the laptop I kept it unrepaired. Now when I start it, it shows the same error. And the BIOS settings are not appearing. When I press F2 it does nothing. So I cannot boot from USB or reinstall windows.
Also the memory diagnostic and the startup repair show no errors. For advanced repair mode it is asking password and I have forgotten it. I am very stressed because I need my laptop as I am joining college next week. Please help me.

If you can't even get into the BIOS, that shows a motherboard issue. Unless you are hitting it too late. You need to get to advanced settings to do a factory reset with Alt - F10. If you can't, you need to contact ACER support, or get a Windows disk yourself and install off that. There should be a boot selection key you can use that will enable you to boot from the disk. If you can't get into the BIOS that shows a bit more of an issue though, that is pretty much always a motherboard issue.
