How can I turn my Acer top. On? And boot up it only powers up a couple of seconds then goes right off again any help would be appreciated (my babait\ry is fully charged)

Sounds like a motherboard issue, unplug the battery and wall power, will need to open system remove the CMOS battery (if it's removable in your model), hold in the power button for about 30 seconds. Plug in wall power only and see if it turns on. Also remove the RAM and try to turn it on, if you don't get any error beeps, that points to a bad motherboard.
