hello guys ,
i had installed kali linux more than 6 times on my other devices only this laptop wouldn't boot when i boot into kali from a usb it shows me a solid underscore (should be flashing then it boots) and then nothing happens

Solution
Sounds like the Kali installation package may not have drivers for hardware on the laptop, especially for USB, video, and/or PCI devices needed at the very beginning. See if Kali has boot switches for various forms of "safe mode" startup which tries to avoid hardware quirks with settings that are generic as possible.

UEFI settings could be an issue, too, so be sure to turn off secure boot to at least get past that show-stopper.

You might try a more "robust" installation distro such as Knoppix, which includes a lot more drivers than most distros (and lots of safe mode startup options), just to see if it can at least boot up from the installation medium (USB drive most likely). If it does, then you can see what device drivers are...

If it does, then you can see what device drivers are active to get clues as to what is required in that regard.

Idk how but i tried every possible way today i got a usb from my friend and it worked but now it wont connect to the internet as well as the touchpad wont work only when i shutdown the linux it works for a few seconds then the computer shutdowns

Repeat after me:
- Kali is not a toy, nor something to brag about with your friends;
- Kali is not for general use, and as such does not support hardware in the same way as mainline Linux distro can;
- Kali is for network professionals only;
- Kali is not meant to be installed, but rather run off a USB stick;

didnt ask for that ! , 1-i didnt say its a toy or brag about it with my friends! 2- i dont use it for general use only for some specific things and i know it doesn't cover alot of hardware so i ask the experienced folks here if they have an answer for that! 3-every one starts somewhere 4-if its not meant to be installed why the company will work on it + faster is better !
