Laptop graphic card

Solution
You cannot simply add a GPU to a laptop especially yours from 2009. It is generally not possible with the exception a handful of gaming laptops that costs at least $1,400+ which have been specifically designed to use MXM format GPUs. These types of GPU are rather expensive and not sold directly to consumers. For example, a MXM form factor GTX 760m GPU would generally cost around 25% - 50% more than a desktop GTX 760 which is more powerful.

If you want to play games, then you simply have to buy a new laptop.

Your laptop model appears to have a soldered non replaceable graphics (some other models of toshiba satellite like the L550 have replaceable graphic card hooked to a special slot).
