No you can't.
Your soundbar doesn't have any outputs to connect the Bose to.
If you connect them both to the TV you will just duplicate the same channels. Just more sound not better sound.
If the Vizio is already 5.1 the Bose would serve no purpose in any case.
If you want to improve your sound it's time to get a real AV receiver and speakers.
