No, you need a real video card in the system not just onboard video.

This is a good deal https://www.walmart.com/ip/Dell-G3-Gaming-Laptop-15-6-Full-HD-Intel-Core-i5-8300H-NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-1050-4GB-8GB-RAM-1TB-HDD-16GB-Intel-Optane-Storage-G3579-5245BLK/312223599?athcpid=312223599&athpgid=athenaItemPage&athcgid=null&athznid=PWVAV&athieid=v0&athstid=CS020&athguid=466001f5-b5089179-825be3de9c0a73c4&athena=true

She can play the game, but only on the lowest resolution (640p) and graphic settings with around 30 FPS.

Click the following link that demonstrate Fornite running on 4 different laptops ranging between $380 to $5,000 (links to laptops included). The least expensive laptop has an 8th gen Core i3-8130u CPU with the Intel UHD 620; both the CPU itself and the integrated graphics is slightly more powerful than what the i5-7200u has to offer. Next up is a $600 laptop with a quad core i5-8250u CPU, but more importantly it is the cheapest laptop with a decent dedicated GPU, the mx150. The lowest price for a laptop with the i5-8250 and integrated graphics (Intel UHD 620) is $510.

The mx150 can play Fornite pretty decently at 1080p and medium settings with I think it was stated in the video around 40 FPS to 45 FPS. Lower the resolution and / or graphics settings for better results.
