How do you know if your system is not changed or corrupt after removing malware?

I fell for the DriverAgent Plus and BiosAgent Plus scam....

I re-downloaded a fresh copy of malware bytes and got the 14 day trial...
already removed trojans and already did the sfc /scannow,Dism repair, chkdsk F and R commands,
did the system restore error 0x80070005 troubleshooting steps..

I think I fixed all the issues...

this was after the April 2018 windows 10 update that came out.I thought my restore points were still there...instead...

they were gone...

So,I did all the troubleshooting and fixes without rolling back...

What I am worried about is the changes malware/trojans can do to your system that you don't know about....

I want to find a legit trustworthy utility that will check your entire system and give you a detailed report of your system and showing you everything is ok....

anyone have any suggestions?????

without doing a restore and backup...
As I stated before My restore point before microsofts major windows 10 update is gone....

I will not sit here allday and tomorrow wasting time reinstalling all my programs i use....and games....wasting two preciuos days of gaming time.

next answer please....

I asked for a utility to do what I ask...

where can I find it?

There is no "utility" that does what you seek, beyond the typical antivirus and malware applications.

And what you see with the System Restore points is one of the many, many reasons I do not rely on that function to save my systems.

New ones I'd not yet heard of, so how'd you even get exposed to/become aware of these, out of curiosity? Pop op add on a free movie or torrenting-worthy website?

Welcome to Microsoft's world of 'we generously took care of all those old restore points for you'! :)

That is a character from a mid '90's video game.

I chose that particular one, because that is the face I make when reading some "problems" and replies in here.
