wondering if u can help me
i can't sign in my windows 10
I think the screen is locked
i can't turn it on cause the touch pad and mouse don't work
pls i'm hoping your help

The only thing I can suggest is, if the mouse and keyboard are the issue, is to turn it off and connect an external mouse and keyboard and try logging in with those. If, however, you are asking on how to access it without entering the password, we cannot help with that. We do not assist with bypassing log in info. Please read the following thread... http
