I've bought a xcraft HP70000, It consist of A USB(mainly for the leds lights in the headphone),Microphone port and a audio port.

My computer only has one port for the headset,so i bought an adapter(which is the correct adapter),I plugged in what is according to the color,I tried it only the audio plays through and the microphone not working.

In my old laptop,it didn't work as well but i manage to get it work.Ever since I got a this laptop,I tried doing the same steps as the old one.But it didn't work

When i click my recording device it didn't have the microphone it just has my laptop build-in mic

Without knowing what computer you have (you didn't mention) I can't look at its specs, so I have to ask, are you sure the jack is actually an input/output, or is it possible it is just output? If the latter, then there is no way the mic would work. If the former, it is possible that it was just a not great jack installed. Happens a lot lately it seems. In either case, no matter if it is output only or a bad input/output one, you could, instead, try a 3.5 to USB adapter. It should work just fine through the USB and bypass such problems.
