I recently bought a used laptop and my video card,nvidia gtx960m Is not working properly.I run every game at Max 20 fps on Low settings and I am 100percent sure that the laptop is using the Nvidia card,not the integrated Intel card.What could be the problem and how could I solve it?P.S I have the latest drivers installed.

Are the drivers installed properly? Intel Graphics and NVidia graphics drivers both need to be installed if Optimus is involved. Also, check that GeForce Experience isn't messing with things (uninstall it).
