I have asus fx553vd equipped with gtx 1050 4gb ,and i7 7700hq and 8Gb ram 1TB hhd and 128ssd is it worth to exchange this laptop to the asus rog g752 which has i7 6700hq and 16 Gb ram and gtx980 4Gb
And the same storage as mine
But i have to pay 375$ extra to
Is it worth or it is not a good deal

You're good with what you already have. We'll soon be upon the latter generation of GTX GPU's and the prior GPU's will be phased out through lack of driver support. This is why I'm saying yo're good as is.

In short, you'e wasting your resources.

Downgrade your CPU and GPU for double the RAM and what else? Even if you end up with a "better" display or chassis (none of that is listed) it doesn't seem worth it. If you need the extra RAM just purchase it for your current laptop in my opinion.
