My new laptop lenovo ideapad I tried to install windows 7 and after it finished everything was missing sound no mouse touch detected

You need to go to the manufacturers site of your laptop, the sticker should be behind of the laptop like emachines E520 and google it to find drivers since you didnt list it,
If you find you're just gonna need to download, install and restart if prompted.
