My Dell Inspiron 5999 with Windows 10 is plugged in, but not charging. This is the second time this has happened to me, but last time I just sent it back to Dell. My computer is at 0%, but will work when plugged in. If I move the laptop, it will automatically shut down. Please help.

My best guess is that the battery is dead. If you've been using it for a few years, you might want to order a new one. If you don't think your battery is dead, then it might have something the ac adapter.
