hey guys, so i am having this issue and its going on my nerves now. Some sites wont just load on my PC but loads just fine on other devices (phone and laptops) and a site that i am trying to access now is Twitch.tv and many more that cant remember but youtube google and facebook works fine for example. Its like half of the sites work and other half don't.

I have tried adding Google DNS (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4) and many other dns and nothing happens. Tried doing "ipconfig /flushdns" in CMD and did nothing. So what i did was completely formatted my PC and started with fresh windows 7 64bit and this problem is still there...

I have noticed something else that when downloading something sometimes it just freezes and stops for ever. When i tried downloading 1mb google chrome file each time i start the download it would stop somewhere random and never reach the end. I thought maybe that has something to do with this. This same problem happened with Razer Synaps installation.

i have tried different browsers and nothing tried to fix this problem

When loading sites it does not give any error or anything its just on an infinite loading screen that will never end or it takes ages to open that site while opens within seconds on other devices.

Sorry for my bad English. I hope you understand what i am trying to say.
