Can I play Sims 3 on this laptop with expansions?

Looking for a laptop to play Sims 3 $300 or less and curious if this might fit the bill.

Sims 3? Not sims 4?
If its Sims 3, then it should do just fine. The laptop is not meant for medium gaming, but Sims 3 is considered light gaming now.

Just be sure to take into account the computer version takes up a lot more space as you add words, add-ons, stuff you download, etc. The more you add, the more space it takes up and the more resources it uses.
