Does the minimum requirements suitable for gta 5 as described on many websites. Please tell me a graphics card a little better than 9800gt. So there is no hesitation of playing gta 5 on core 2 quad q6600 with 4gb ram. Please tell me i am hesitated. Thank you.

Tom's Hardware GPU Hierarchy Chart

From this chart, you can see that the 9800GT is a good ways down. Given your current CPU, I'd probably look at either the AMD RX 550 or GT 740/1030.

Well, With Wolf Comment You Could Do That, Then GPU Will Not Be BottleNeck Even In High Settings, If You Take 1030, You Should Add Extra 2 GB Of Ram, So There Would Be No High FPS Drops...
