i cant get sound out of rca cable correctly connected into tv while connected into a external audio.

I am going to guess that what you connected the RCA cable to is an audio input rather than an output. If the TV has a headphone jack then use that.
Otherwise it will likely have optical audio output which can be converted to analog with a DAC. Check the TV manual on how to configure it to use the optical audio output.
