Black screen after CMOS reset

Hey,
So recently I was having some BIOS issues, only one out of ten times I was able to choose a booting device, or go into the BIOS itself, the rest of the time I was just getting a black screen with a blinking cursor on the middle - I didn't care much about it because everything else worked - if I didn't press anything windows was booting normaly.

I have windows and Linux on the laptop, so I was locked out of Linux, (couldn't reliably switch between OS's).

I tried looking into it - but had no positive result.
Then I tried doing a CMOS reset.

Now I can't bring up BIOS at all, including of course booting choice. All I get after booting is a screen that wants to do raid configuration (I have raid0 and an HDD drive), which does say that the raid hard drives are configured, and bootable - and after I accept that - I get once more the black screen, only this time I have a blinking cursor on the top left. Yay.

Now I don't believe that there is some problem with the hardware, because the issue with the BIOS started around the time I reinstalled Linux. So it feels more like something want wrong there.

I've tried disconnecting the raid drives and booting only through the HDD one, same black screen, only without the configuration page.
I Tried using a windows installation USB - and it didn't have any effect, the system couldn't recognize it while I was unable to choose that booting device.

Well, at this point I just don't know what the problem could be or how to solve it.

I would appreciate aby sort of help.

Many thanks in advance!
