Can't connect to google when I need to sign into etsy app

When I try to open Etsy app it says "no internet connection". When I try to sign into that app it says the same thing. I am on my mobile cell. All other apps are fine, including Google sites.

Ok, so, since this is on a phone, there are some things that you can do. If you are on an android then you can do the following : https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2651367?hl=en

If none of those work then :
--At home, reboot the router by unplugging the power, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging it back in, then waiting another 20-30 seconds for the connection to reestablish.
--On your phone, go to Settings/Wireless & Networks/Wifi, select your home network, and tap "Forget network." Then reconnect.
--Try going into the router's settings (read the manual for this) and turning off security temporarily.
--If you have Bluetooth on, see what happens if you turn it...
