Razer Kraken 7.1 V2, Windows 10 Sound issues

I have the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 USB and run Windows 10. Out of no where the sound will stop working, along with my mic.

I thought that it was something taking over my headset so I disabled everything that could take it over, it continued. I ran three different Mal wear programs and updated everything. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Problem continued, I've tried every USB port on my case (Mean:IT 5pm Red.) The only way to get the audio and headset working again is unplugging and replugging the USB then it will turn back on before it cuts out again.

Any help is appreciated.

Solution
Try this...

1. Go to "Control Panel" and then "Device Manager".
2. Expand the "Universal Serial Bus controllers" section.
3. Double-click on the "USB Root Hub device".
4. Now click the "Power Management" tab.
5. Uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option.
6. Click the "OK" button.

NOTE: If there is more than one "USB Root Hub device" listed, Then you will have to repeat this steps for each one of them.

7. Restart the computer.

See if it happens again after this.
