I inherited an Onkyo TX-SV444 & 5 Bose Accoustimass 6 ii mini speaker's. The sub is busted. I'm struggling to connect them to my JVC TV. Can anyone suggest ways around this? Thanks for the support

Since we can't guess the model of your TV we don't know what audio outputs it has.
If it has a headphone out or analog audio out use that directly to the receiver.
If it has a digital audio output you will need a digital to analog converter to connect it to the receiver.
You may need to turn the digital output on, the TV speakers off, and change the audio output type to PCM in the TV menu to get it working.
You will probably want to get a powered sub since the Bose satellites aren't going to sound good without one.
