Would need to know the laptop, but almost certainly the answer would be no. Laptops that have the ability to do this are extremely rare and almost invariably are expensive high-end laptops, which this isn't. And I can't remember seeing a laptop that could have the GPU upgraded that didn't have a discrete GPU to begin with; you have an APU and the 7660g is just the integrated graphics. Also, you could never upgrade it with a desktop GPU under any circumstances.

Shorter answer: No.

An A10-4660m is an APU. 7660g graphics is the integrated graphics on an A10-4660m.

Can you give *full* information as to what model your laptop is and what your specs are? Because you're giving incomplete information, conflicting information, and information that can't possibly be accurate. While the answer's very like no, it's hard for anyone to be certain if you can't give straight answers.
