Trying to set up a wireless AV Receiver on Projector from main TV Astro dish (satellite dish)

I'm sorry if this seems so obvious but I am no tech savvy especially in this matter.

I've recently bought a projector (No RCA AV port) along with an AV wireless Transmitter and Receiver IR extender included (No HDMI port, only RCA Av) I know it won't work just yet

So should I buy an AV2HDMI converter or HDMI2AV converter? Which one should be the input and which ones the output?

How do I set up all these for me to able to watch TV channels in my room from my astro in another room?

If your Astro TV receiver has HDMI out and the projector has HDMI in the obvious solution is to get a wireless HDMI setup rather than try converting back and forth to AV to use an AV transmitter/receiver setup. The picture will look lousy and you won't get HD.
