So basically, my father wants me to look at his laptop which has packed up and done the grey screen of death, I've been looking up other posts for the last hour and messing about with what it can do and so far the ONLY thing i can make it do is bring up sticky keys. I do not have access to getting to the "Ease of Access" controls as the link to it is not there. I have also tried connecting an external tv and monitor and it copies exactly what i do on the laptop and doesn't show me anything else. Ctrl + Alt +Delete also has no effect so i cannot bring up task manager. There is also no effect when i spam delete or f2 on startup.
The laptop is a Toshiba Satellite C50-A-1JM and is several years old.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
