i have 2 year old hp laptop but when i pluged in then shows 0% pluged in not charging how to fix plz help

I would first try another charger, but it is likely the battery has died, this can happen over time, batteries do not do well staying at 100% charge or 0% charge for a long time.

its either a dead battery or bad charger. if the laptop stays on when plugged in then i would say its a bad battery
