Lenovo Y50-70, SSD (changed from SHDD), i7 4720HQ, dual graphics card: GTX 960M and intel

The laptop was from 2015. Normal use at 50-60*C. I suppose this is normal. I used CPUID hardware monitor to record those temps.
[strike]Temperature reaches 100*C while playing games like dota2, csgo, ... and some fps stutter. [/strike]

[strike]I want to change the thermal paste, but the heatsink is really hard to pull out, all screws are screwed lul. Previous Youtube videos doesn't mention this. Does anyone have any experience in this problem, or even this model?[/strike]

This laptop can't wake from sleep also. Sleep seems to work, but it will crash when it attempts to wake from one. Shutdown, hibernate and restart works. Event viewer ID 43 category 63, but there isnt any dump files in minidump or memory.dmp created. I would appreciate any advice.
Tried all the bios versions, intel MEI drivers, reinstalling windows, roll back to windows 8.1 which came with the laptop.

My first thread. If there's any problem, pls mention so I can edit immediately.

Edit: I played something to heat up the lap, and the heat sink came out much more easier. got 20*C cooler now when gaming. No more fps stutter.
