Performance differences between the two isn't completely clear cut. The Intel HD 5500 beats the Radeon R5 m330 in a few benchmarks. It just depends on if the game is really poorly optimized for AMD and/or very well optimized for Intel.
CSGO must be one of the few examples where the Intel outperforms the AMD.
Here is a detailed set of benchmarks. If you go through the list there are some big wins for Intel. Such as Alien: Isolation and Sims 4. Although CS: GO should be faster on the AMD. Of course we don't know what CPU that AMD was paired with in the benchmark. In your case. With your CPU apparently CSGO does better on the Intel chip.
It's just something you'll have to keep in mind to test for in the future. Whichever game you run. Try it out using your Intel and AMD.
