hi I've never had a problem linking into wifi the cloud. but recently it's saying I'm connected with full signal but it won't connect. I don't have a problem with wifi at home. do you know why this could be
 
Solution
From what you're saying, it seems you trying to connect from mobile data or public WiFi and I suspect your Cloud account is protecting you from exposing your data to the wrong kind of person.

thanks for getting back to me I've always been able to link in as my phone is on smart switch. I spend a lot of time in hospital and their wifi is the cloud. my phone automatically switches to my own wifi in the house so don't think it's my phone. no one else had a problem with it do you have any suggestions to solve this thanks

up until recently I've never had a problem with my smart phone connecting to the cloud wifi. my phone is on smart switch so it automatically connects when I'm in a cloud hotspot. I spend a lot of time in hospital and my phone automatically connects to their wifi the cloud. even tho my phone automatically switches straight to it it says I'm connected but when I go to use it it says no connection. nobody else had a problem with it. I don't think it's my phone because when Im in the house it switches straight to our wifi. has anybody any suggestions as to why this is please many thanks
