Hi plz help me to connect my Phillips 5.1 home theatre to my Panasonic tv

Without model numbers we can't check what connections you have available.
If the TV has an optical audio output you can get an optical to 5.1 analog converter.

Check the TV manual on how to configure and use the optical output.
If the TV only has a headphone jack then you would connect that to the HTS aux or front input and select a surround sound mode that will work with a stereo input.
