So after I start whatever game, my CPU usage goes up to like 97% and after 10 seconds, it jumps for like 1 second to 30% and back up. I wanted to understand this issue, since it gave massive lag spikes in-game and so I looked in Intel XTU at my cpu temperatures. No thermal throtteling whatsoever, 75C at max.
Then I looked at my active cpu cores and saw that it jumped from steady 4 cores to 1 when the cpu usage dropped. Is there a way to fix this??
