So I don’t know if it’s my (new) headphones or my laptop, but often when I’m playig a game, I hear a quick static noise and it’s like the headphones don’t exist, the sound just comes out of my laptop speakers themselves. What do I do? While I’m at it, is https://www.replacementlaptopkeys.com/alienware/ a scam?

Do you have any other headphones or earphones that you can test with your laptop? If not, then you either have your sound card or your port corrupted, if this is the case you can buy a sound adapter which should help you using sound. If other devices work, you should test your headphones with other devices. Also you should post your second question on a separate thread.

ANOTHER question, my 180W adapter randomly stopped working on my laptop, and whenever I plug a less powerful charger in, it’s like it’s not there at all. Do I buy a new charger? Is it worth replacing half the stuff in my laptop or should I just buy a new one?

So you’re saying if I were to plug it into another port it might work? Because sometimes the usb from the headphones can be a little jiggly in the port, and whenever I touch it (even by accident) it happens.
