I hooked up everything, turned on the Soundbar, no sound. Only coming through the TV so I went into the TV sound settings and turned the TV sound completely off, sound volume up on the soundbar, still no sound via the soundbar. I've never used a soundbar before, so I'm not sure what steps I'm missing.
