Unfortunately, criminal harassment and stalking are beyond our scope of measure in terms of help. If someone is stalking you, you will need to have the authorities involved.
Start by contacting your local authorities and make a report. Start that paper trail, and follow up by contacting any legal entities that can help you navigate your legal system.
Second, you'll want to lock down any and all Social Media and Devices you own. New passwords on everything and anything you have access to. If you can, do this on a separate laptop or computer that you generally do not use. Encrypt your devices where you can. Scan computers and laptops for viruses, keyloggers, back doors, etc.

Lastly, I highly suggest using multi-factor authentication on any and all personal devices you have. There's a wikipedia page dedicated to the concept here:
