There is no "optical INPUT samsung smart tv" That port is OUTPUT ONLY. Same as any other TV. None have optical input for audio.
The solution given in the other answer goes from RCA audio input TO optical out cable. NOT BACKWARDS CAPABLE. You need an adapter that goes FROM optical cable TO the RCA audio plugs. Different one entirely
