I have 4 ceiling mounted wired speakers and one wired bass speaker. My receiver is on one side of my room while my tv is on the other (I use a wireless HDMI for signal) I would like to add a center channel, but I cannot get a wired speaker at my tv. What should I do? If I have one wireless speaker will it lag against the other wired ones?

Solution
Yes there would be a lag problem but that's not the only issue.
Your receiver probably doesn't have a line level center channel output so you would need a speaker to line level converter to connect a wireless transmitter.
Getting the center to match the in ceiling front speakers in tonality. level. and delay may not be possible.
Can you get a wire to the ceiling for the center speaker? There are special in ceiling speakers. Regular ones don't fire forward.

I would get three like these as your fronts.
