The reason why laptops with user replaceable GPUs are expensive is because only higher end mobile GPUs are manufactured in the MXM format. MXM is basically like a mini PCIe card for laptops. Including such an interface in a laptop increases the cost to manufacture the laptop. Putting a mobile GPU on a MXM card also adds more costs. That is why MXM GPUs are limited to higher end GPU chips like the GTX 1060.

You will never find a laptop with an upgradable CPU.
The CPU in a laptop is tightly integrated with the laptop's cooling mechanism.
The same is true of its GPU.
However you might be able to find a high end laptop with a slot for an external GPU.
You can usually change the hard drive in most mid to high end laptops to a bigger one or SSD.
Dell has some good ones as well as HP and Lenovo.

However, older MXM format GPUs are a bit cheaper like the following GTX 980m for $468.

If you are on a limited budget, then do not bother with laptops that have a MXM interface port.

So its basicly cheaper getting a normal laptop and then if something brakes just change the whole motherboard with what gpu you want (the laptop service has that) and the integrated gpu has a simular price to a normal gpu. Or just buy a pc. Thats a bummer !!
