I am going to Dell service center tomorrow (fortunately I have one near my house) and I want to know if these problems are legit to ask for repair.
* I have XPS 15 9560 FHD

1. 1mm black gap (i heard this is due to poor QC) on the right side

2. Trackpad gap on left

3. Three scratch marks on the screen (I barely touch the screen and when I do touch its for cleaning with my glass cleaning cloth. I should've paid attention to my laptop when I first got it)

4. Hinge gap on the left

5. Bezel/Panel plastic cover keep on popping out

Which one is legit to ask for repair? Do you think I can get screen replacement?

#'s 1, 2, &4 are all just loosening screws and re aligning everything, dell will probably tell you to piss off as your just nitpicking at it.

#3 most likely they wont do anything as the screen is not actually broke. Its more likely you had something on the keys or palm rest and with the lid closed scratched the screen. That is not their problem and they wont warranty it.

#5 might be the only one they warranty and will just pull the bezel off and replace it with a new one. If they do you might be able to sweet talk them into re aligning the screen, the hinge and touch pad would need the whole laptop pulled apart.
