Asus GL553VD is this a good buy?

Hey everyone!

I’m looking into buying a new laptop for some not so heavy gaming and music production. I’m looking at the Asus GL553VD for $1600 with the following specs:

Intel Core i7-7700HQ 3.80 GHz (2.8Ghz)
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 2133Mhz
1 TB + SSD 256 GB
nVidia GTX1050 4GB
15,6” at 1920 x 1080

if i were you, I would either invest in the STRIX gl503vd or the FX503

these are better options and you can get a gtx 1060 as a better option for 100 to 200 dollars more, but all up to you, these are the better options
