I have a 50 inch Vizio TV I'm trying to hook up a soundbar it only has barewire no Jack's how do i put jacks on

What you have sounds like a passive center channel not a soundbar. Probably part of a home theater system.
You might be able to connect it to a headphone jack if the TV had one but it would not play loud enough and would only play one channel.
It would need an amplifier with optical input and volume control for it to work at all and you would still only get one channel.
