I am in need of a cable to connect Samsung's M5570 model TV to connect it to Sony 5.1 home theatre

A
Since we can't check what inputs your HTS has without the model number I will assume it only has analog audio as an input. You will need an optical to analog converter to connect the TV to it. Check the TV manual on how to configure the optical output.
